My passion is for people
I have over 20 years of experience in the South African and International non-profit sectors working in public health, education, community mental health and leadership development. After completing a counselling course at Lifeline, I realized my true calling as a life coach and mediator, and at 40, decided to change my career. My passion is for people.
The coaching process creates awareness for us to reach our full potential and allows us to live a whole life with intention and purpose. I believe what we struggle with the most can be our greatest gift in unlocking joy and fulfilment. I am a certified advanced coach practitioner practicing the ICF Code of Ethics, an accredited mediator through Conflict Dynamics and an accredited Enneagram practitioner with IEQ9.

My Experience
My journey as a life coach is rooted in a diverse background that includes roles as a Lifeline counsellor, mediator, and grief coach, as well as experience in the NGO and international development sector, with a strong focus on public health, social justice, and activism.
I hold a BA(Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from UCT, and I’ve deepened my professional practice through advanced coaching studies at SACAP.
As a certified Enneagram practitioner, I work with both individuals and teams to foster greater self-awareness and growth. My passion for people, purpose, and meaningful connection has guided every step of my career.
I believe in living with love, intention, and authenticity—values I carry into every coaching relationship. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me reading, running, traveling, or enjoying good music. These moments of joy and reflection help keep me grounded and inspired in both my personal and professional life.
